About Keith

A trusted advisor — not a broker.

Keith Liscio founded Excelsior Franchise Center to bring private-advisory rigor to a category that desperately needed it: helping families choose the right business to own.

Keith Liscio
Founder's Story

Built inside corporate America. Born from a family business.

Keith grew up inside a family-owned business — watching how ownership shapes a household, a generation, and a town. After Wharton, he spent more than a decade inside Procter & Gamble, Kraft, and Nabisco, learning how the best consumer brands actually scale.

For the last twenty years he has worked as an executive recruiter and advisor, sitting across the table from thousands of high-performing professionals. The pattern was unmistakable: the ones building real wealth weren't climbing higher — they were stepping sideways into ownership.

Excelsior Franchise Center is the result. A confidential advisory firm built to do one thing exceptionally well: match the right family with the right business to own.

Philosophy

The trusted-advisor approach.

Independent, not aligned

We are paid by the franchise systems, never by you. But we represent only the brands we'd recommend to family.

Fit before financials

The best unit economics in the world are useless if the lifestyle doesn't fit. Fit comes first.

Family is the operating system

Most great franchise stories are family stories. We design for that from the first call.

Capital protection

A great advisor's first job is helping you not buy the wrong business.
